Chilli Lime Chicken with Vegetable Millet


The flavour in this dish is fresh, zingy and incredibly satisfying! Fresh chicken pieces marinated in lime juice, honey, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil and coriander, baked and combined with stir-fried vegetables and millet for a hearty and nutritious meal!

Hint: Millet is a healthy gluten-free wholegrain which when cooked has a similar taste and consistency to couscous.
