Beef and Greens Rice Bowl with Spicy Kimchi


This dish is a favourite with the Harvest Fair team – healthy and full of flavour with marinated strips of lean beef stir-fried with broccoli, spicy Kimchi, and served on a bed of basmati rice.

Hint: Kimchi is a Korean staple of fermented vegetables that research has shown is fantastic for gut health. The Kimchi we use is organic and made locally by The Kimchi Club who take so much pride in producing high quality kimchi handmade with love.


Ingredients: Cooked rice (32%), beef (25%), broccoli, kimchi (16%) (cabbage, onion, carrot, apple, water, spring onion, chilli flakes, garlic, ginger, sea salt), olive oil, ginger, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), garlic, chilli powder.
